Dr. Kathryn Hahn is a clinical psychologist who is a native of middle Tennessee. After receiving her PhD at the University of Arkansas and then residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the GV "Sonny" Montgomery VA, she was an award winning tenured, associate professor at Milsaps College, Department of Psychology and Neuroscience, in Jackson Mississippi. Dr. Hahn specializes in the treatment of anxiety and mood-related difficulties (PTSD, Panic Disorder, GAD, OCD, Depression, Bipolar, eating disorders, and difficulty in maintaining healthy relationships). She is welcoming to people of all faiths, cultures, and sexual/gender orientations.
Understanding the most recent research and using a cognitive behavioral framework, she works with individuals and couples to better understand their symptoms and provide strategies to improve their lives. This approach teaches skills for solving real-world problems and is intended to be practical and time-limited.

Stephanie Berglund, LPC-MHSP, is an experienced therapist who helps her clients to break self-destructive patterns, feel more at peace within themselves, and have a greater sense of self worth and self compassion. Stephanie specializes in substance abuse recovery, childhood trauma, codependency, attachment wounds, low self-esteem, and family of origin issues.
Stephanie incorporates both talk and somatic based therapies, include IFS, SomEx, and Brainspotting, to address each client's specific needs. She brings a dynamic, authentic and welcoming energy to the room, helping her clients feel safe and cared for.

Dr. Frye primarily uses a psychodynamic approach which helps clients understand how past relationship experiences affect their current relationships and psychological functioning. In addition, she uses cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and mind/body techniques in her work to help clients live a more positive and productive life. Dr. Frye is trained in EMDR therapy and Flash EMDR techniques.
